Procedure for applying from overseas



Contact us through our free Online Counseling service.
Once contacted we can provide you with free Online Counseling and can draw up a free written estimate.

We will send you an application form after you decide which school you want to attend.
Please fill out the form and forward it to us.
Once we receive the form we will register you for that school.
*The date on which we receive your application form will be the application date*



You will pay your tuition fees directly to the school that you will be attending.

**CAUTION! If you want to change or cancel a course after you have paid your fees, you must follow the refund policy**



If you need a letter of acceptance to extend your visa please tell us in advance.
We will send it to you within a week by email.



We don't deal with insurance and airplane tickets at our agency, so you will have to get them by yourself.
However, if you need any help getting them, please feel free to ask us for assistance.
Please make sure that you have insurance before arriving in Canada.



We will give you the information on your host family as soon as we receive it from our home stay coordinator.
Normally you can expect to receive your host family information about 2 weeks in advance of your departure.



Finally you will set out for Canada.
